LA MER SHEER PRESSED POWDER
BEAUTY BEYOND SKINCARE
La Mer introduces Sheer Pressed Powder, an essential “finishing touch” to the Skincolor de La Mer™ collection. Luxurious, lightweight and infused with the legendary Miracle Broth™, Sheer Pressed Powder nourishes the skin while keeping it flawless. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, skin stays comfortable and shine-free throughout the day.
A glowing new chapter begins with an ultra-luminous collection that seamlessly blends soft color, healing hydration, and Miracle Broth™.
Where skincare meets color, the result resembles a miracle. This was the irresistible combination that inspired La Mer to create the Skincolor collection. Harnessing ingredients including the highly revered Miracle Broth™, La Mer blends the benefits of their creams and serums into a new multitasking line of makeup products called Skincolor de la Mer™. The result is a healthy, flawless brightness – the epitome of eternal beauty.
This lightweight powder softens away shine and imperfections in a single sweep. Soft and velvety to the touch, this portable perfector creates a healthy, matte finish, seamlessly blending for buildable coverage. Formulated with Miracle Broth™ and raw ocean clay, skin stays comfortable and shine-free throughout the day. Light-reflecting pigments create a soft blurring effect for a multidimensional look that’s matte—never flat.
The new product comes in a compact form and is easy to bring with you wherever you are so you can touch up your face while you’re on-the-go. In four different shades — translucent, light, medium, and medium deep — its intended use is to be dusted over the face to set the rest of your makeup in place, but can also be used to touch up your skin throughout the day.
Celebrity makeup artists and La Mer ambassadors, Mary Phillips (whose clients include Kim Kardashian and Chrissy Teigen) and Patrick Ta (who does Emily Ratajowski and Gigi Hadid’s makeup), share with us their tips of how they use the new Sheer Pressed Powder on their clients and themselves.

Introducing the new #LaMer Global Makeup and Skincare Artistry Ambassador, Mary Phillips. “As a trained aesthetician, I have a great respect for healthy skin. My approach to makeup has always been skin first –– I want skin’s natural beauty to shine through.” – @1maryphillips
“I like to set everything, neck included, with powder, and then throughout the day, I like to re-powder the T-zone and let the natural highlight gleam through,” Phillips shared.
Phillips suggests applying the powder in feather-like upward strokes or buffing circular motions. “The application doesn’t have to involve a whole lot of intensity. Think ballerina, not tap dancer,” Philips said.
